the ladies there are great!! they are very professional as well! they dont make u wait a long time, pretty much just in and out. thank u so much for helping in ways i cant even describe.
Awful! I hate a simple head cold and to not get other mothers or patrons sick I had a mask on. They owner or manager called me back and asked me to leave and come back another day so to not get her staff infected! I was very hurt and embarrassed. Especially when I was just looking out for others. I will never go here again. Very rude!
HORRIBLE. Every time I have an appointment, the nurse cant see me because she is out from an injury. I been trying for two months now. Plus the nurse is very rude.
I recently had my first appointment here. The staff made my expericence here very great. They answered all my questions and they made me feel very comfortable !
I did not have a good experience with this planned parenthood office. I have been before in my home state, and received excellent care. At the Tyler location, I felt like a burden. The two ladies who helped me were in a rush to get me out of the door and didn't explain anything or give me any information about birth control options (which was the purpose of my visit). The lady who gave me the prescrition did not tell me what it was for or anything about it, just that I could pick it up at the pharmacy in an hour. When I went to go get my prescription, I read up on the birth control and the unanimous conclusion on it was that it was horrible!!! Long list of extremely negative side effects that would not go well with my medical history (which the lady didn't even ask about). Very disappointed and will be returning only to file a complaint.
