Took in jewelry to sell; however, I did not care for the service. Every question I asked was ignored by both the male and female that were assisting me.... I understand that jewelers all have their secrets, but they could at least have given me a verbal response to my questions. I felt that it was disrespectful to me; a customer to their business, of which they were ultimately profiting from the silver and gold I was trying to sell. They need better customer service and communication skills.

I've been here a few times over the past ten to fifteen years and have always left feeling I make a good buy or sell. The employees I've dealt with have seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. They have even explained exactly how they arrive at their prices when I have asked. I definitely plan to use them for all my gold/silver/diamond exchanges.
