After being quoted almost $100 from another local jeweler (who used jeweler lingo that I did not understand at all!) to have my pearl engagement ring repaired, I decided to do a little shopping. I wanted to do business with a local establishment, and upon reading the other fantastic reviews, I gave Ramsey Fritz a call.
LeaAnn answered the phone and immediately put me at ease by explaining exactly what she would need to do and how long it would take. She even gave me tips on doing it myself "if I was crafty." (Which I am not!) After our discussion, she told me to bring my ring by and she would take care of what I needed at no charge. I offered to pay for the excellent service she gave me, but she would have none of it. I plan to return after the holiday season and get them to put prongs on my ring for extra security.
