I wish I would've read the ratings before ordering delivery to my hotel. Restaurant was 1 mile from the hotel I was staying at and it took an hour. The delivery driver apologized. Food was good, just pick it up!
I can't speak for delivery. When I'm in a rush, I've always called in my order and picked it up myself.

The delivery guy didn't have correct change to try to pressure me into a tip. They didn't make my sandwich right and gave me a hard time about making me a new one.
This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I usually pick a veggie sub or a Turkey Tom. The time from order to finish is usually pretty quick. Every once in a while, if you stop by between 7-9 on the weekends, the wait is longer because there's only 1 person on the food line (not all the time). It's not a big deal though, especially if you're not in a rush.
This is the second time I've had problems with this JJs. Last time I ordered it took 45 minutes to get my food and when I called to ask all they told me was oh well it's on its way you'll just have to wait. This time none of our sandwiches were cut in half, as asked, and I paid for avocado spread and couldn't taste it on my sandwich so I called and the girl was like it's between the meat and cheese I know cuz I made that sandwich myself. Huge attitude. I looked and it was there but barely, when you pay extra for something you should at least be able to taste it. I have loved every other Jimmy John's I've been to but the peiple at this one are rude and could care less about their customers...
