Crappy people and crappy policies. I got on to their website and see a special. I tell the lady over the phone. Place my order... When I get there they told me I have cut out the coupon so they charged me an extra 5 dollars... I'll never go here again

Always a pleasant visit at this location. I was concerned when the Mazzios on Front Street closed down. But, I found this location to be just as effective and efficient as the other!! A+!!
I've always enjoyed the customer service with a smile. The Mazzio's on 5th St gives quality service. The food is always fresh and tasty and the atmosphere peaceful and with swirl of excitement. I was pleased to watch Management training a new employee with the patience and positive feedback. I didn't mind the wait because the attitudes were pleasant. Good food can only come from good hearts.
