Customer Service is extremely on point here. The pizza is outstanding. A real treasure in Tyler. Your associate, Caleb, took fantastic care of me and my daughter who I only get to see every other weekend. His sort of kindness is so appreciated that'll I'll be coming back from now on because of him.
My husband and I were very pleased with Palio's. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is wonderful and they even offer free Blue Bell at the end of your meal. Highly recommend for a family gathering or friends hangout.
Good pizza and a nice atmosphere. The manager and staff are very friendly and personable. Palio's has a nice porch with fireplace and seated area to enjoy your food and great weather like today. I bring my mom here often for lunch they are accommodating to her needs and we both love the watermelon tea and tiramisu!
Owner came by with Alfredo Shrimp pizza asking me to taste and rate it.

We live very close to this pizza cafe and go frequently for lunch. I typically get a small pizza with salad and my hubby orders a hot sandwich. Everything we have had is excellent and I am surprised there are not more customers over the lunch hour. You can't go wrong with food or service!
