We would bring the dog at 7am and not get him back until after 5pm, meaning that we were one of the first ones there and one of the last ones out. This was one of the concerns. The dog was hurt and toenails bleeding. the dog used to let us or somebody trim his nails but not any more after the groomer badly hurt him
Great place and professional staff. I couldn't be happier with my dogs groomer, Erin. She has been very patient with my younger dog and she has always given a superb cut even when he is a handful.
After taking my daughters dog there a few years ago we had a bad experience, but decided to give them another chance as a groomer my daughter knew had returned. Two more times and we are done . Not only did I drop my daughters dog off well before 9 oclock, and she wasnt ready until very late, but everytime they we took her, she would be pretty much just shaved instead of a Scottie cut . Claimed she was matted badly. This dog does play outside alot, but I personally have brushed her out and she was not badly matted. I now have my own Scottie pup and will never take her there. For one, my daughters dog was left on the grooming table by herself , tied , with no one standing close to her when someone went to pick her up!
Lady told me to bring shot records but since they weren't less than a year old I wasted my time driving an hour over here....
