Terrible customer service. No phone etiquette skills at all. Won't even say welcome. Just hangs up.
This is the location we received the truck from. They didn't clean the truck before we got it, and I felt like we were missing paperwork.
This guy is something to see. He acts as if you interrupted his vacation when you try to get services at his SERVICE STATION! Miserable man and place, never pull in the lot for your own good.
The older gentleman at the desk is very rude! Horrible customer service. My husband started to tell him he could keep his uhaul but he feared being unable to secure another truck elsewhere. The one star I gave was for the playful cat out front:-)
Tried to get information about a rental. When I walked up, owner was working on a trailer for a man, and another man was standing there as well. The three looked up, saw me, and went right back to their conversation. The owner never said a word to me. I stood there for 7 or 8 minutes, still without a "be right with you" or "I'll be just a minute" - not one word. Finally got back in my car and went down the road to another UHaul dealer who was quite helpful and nice. Don't waste your time with this guy. He must not need the business!
The office was closed in the middle of the day when I tried to return the truck. They sent an email with a receipt after I dropped the key in their drop slot. We were charged for an extra day and a cleaning fee. I picked up the truck on Saturday, dropped off Monday, it was a two day rental. How did I get charged an extra day? I took video of the condition of the truck when we received it. We returned it CLEANER than when we received it. Why were charged a cleaning fee? They should pay ME a cleaning fee. I sent an email asking these questions the same night. We have not received a reply. Going to rent from another company next time.
