Nice clean area for the animals. There is a TV in every area. The only thing I didn't like is the availability for our loved ones to go outside when they want.

So nice! Great vets and the grooming facility is spectacular. I love that they are so attentive to my dog's health by sending shot reminders and checkup post cards. Best of all, there isn't a crazy long waiting list for grooming. They are adequately staffed, so when I call, I can usually bring my dog in within the next day or two.

I was hopeful for a wonderful experience when we decided to have our dog neutered by the Gresham Vet since he was being boarded next door at The Paw Spot (same owner) while we were on vacation. We were quoted upfront total pricing and agreed to the cost for both the boarding and the neutering. We went to pick our dog up on a Sunday morning at 10 AM and when we arrived the lady working that day had a challenging time figuring out the computer system and how to operate it. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to get it up and running and when she did, the price was more than we were originally quoted. We tried disputing the cost of the boarding but to no avail. When they finally brought our dog to us, he still had the cone on his head from surgery the Monday before. We were never given instructions on the cone so we weren't sure if it should still be on his head or not and the employees of the Paw Spot were uncertain as well. I took the cone off of his head as no one could answer my questions. When we went to leave I saw a lady next door and asked her if the vet was available and she said she was the veterinarian (I had never met her before). My wife and I expressed our concerns over the cost of the boarding and the lack of knowledge her employees had regarding the care our dog received during his stay, but she seemed minimally concerned. She answered our questions but seemed reluctant in doing so. The next morning, Monday, I contacted the vet’s office to pay them for the neutering (vet bills and boarding are separate billing) and I was told it was $21 dollars higher than we were originally quoted. At this point, I paid the bill and decided to terminate our relationship with both the boarding and veterinarian office. Customer service is important in every business and when it's poor, it reflects negatively on that business and people have a right to know.

The care and expertise shown by the entire staff at Gresham Vet is top notch. Dr. Bohanon has a way of explaining things so that we can understand and know exactly what she means. The boarding facility next door is, by far, the best in East Texas!!! Don't believe me? Go see for yourself!!!

Love Dr. B and the entire staff here. I feel very comfortable having my boys in their care!
