9pm or after it is a quite place for a late night romantic sushi and drink. Usually good specials on some nights like there amazing Houston roll. Service is good and it's quite as a lot of people are done eating here at about 9pm. As for the dinner rush times not sure can't review that for service, but food and drinks are pretty darn good. Never had a bad experience late night, Thursdays are a good time.
The shrimp ceviche, Snow White roll and Drunken noodles are my favorite. Good wine selection in a relaxing atmosphere. Great service!
Food was fabulous, waiter not so much. He was more interested in the hostess than doing his job. Every time he came to the table he would ask how things were and after answering he would stand there and wait like we had more to say. I asked for a to go box and usually that means you are ready for your check but instead he brought the box, left and I watched him at the waiters station and eventually he came back but only to fill up my husband's water. I had to ask for the check. He did a good job but he seemed like he was new and wasn't exactly sure how to wait tables. Hopefully this will get better as time goes on.
