Went see Dr .Lively as a new pactaint on 2-15-2017 ,my wife and I changed health insurance companies andhad to get a new Doctor ,so far Dr. Lively and his staff conducted themselves in a very positive and professional manner .The office was clean and very well kept .I am looking forward to visiting Dr. Lively and his staff soon for my next appointment . ..Glenn R.
