We bought a couch from them less than a year ago and it's falling apart. We got talked into buying the warranty because rhe manager said it covered everything. After tons of questions and him answerin yes to everyone of them. That's even asking if it covered everything about pets as well. We also got told that if we wanted to trade it in on an upgrade later and pay the difference we could. NOPE!!! They won't even stand behind their warranty. The couch had a hole in the seam on day 1. The back cushions only have stuffing and no foam to help hold its shape. We go months at a time not even using the living room, so it hasn't even been used everyday of the less than a year we've owed it. They won't even let us upgrade to a better couch. Don't do business with them, you're better off going somewhere else. All these people do here are lie to make a sell. I would be giving zero stars if it would let me.

This place was nice. They have a lot of furniture, and most of it was within our budget. Roy (I think was his name) helped us with the sale of our couches and was just so nice and warm the whole time. He was new and we were glad to be his first customers. The most refreshing thing about this place was we weren't bothered as soon as we walked in. We were tired and grumpy from already visiting several furniture stores and being hounded by their sales associates. Roy walked over and asked if we needed help, and when we said we were just looking he smiled and said he'd be at his desk if we needed him. He didn't hover, he didn't try to force a sale on us, and he didn't try to push us over our budget for living room furniture. We found what we were looking for and it's being delivered today. We also got a baggie of furniture cleaner for free, and they offer free refills once you run out. All you have to do is bring the empty bottles to the store. Thanks for making this process as painless as possible, Roy!
I will NEVER buy furniture from here again! Warranty is a lie. The warranty covers "everything," but it doen't cover low quality furniture falling apart completely on you. MY COUCH WAS PEELING ALL OVER!! Oh but if you accidently spill something your good. Company doesn't stand behind how cheeply made their furniture is.
