Anita was beyond helpful and courteous. We chose a chandelier that was displayed on the showroom floor. They were out of stock, so they had to order one for us. Once the order arrived, Anita was not there to complete the transaction. The representative, Rae, insisted on tacking on shipping for their out of stock item. She insisted I was getting a good deal for $13 and not $49. That's not the point. It was never in the price nor EVEN discussed. Total price discussed was $292. It's the principle of the matter. Walked away frustrated!
