If zero stars were an option, I would have ranked this store with a zero. Manager, Omar promised a local boy scout a significant discount on tool rental for his Eagle project. This discount was confirmed by his father through an assistant manager and at the time of rental. On the front end of the rental period, the boy scout and his father were informed that the discount would be applied when the rental period was over. However, the store manager did not honor the discount when the tools were returned leaving the scout with a $400 bill. Bad form Home Depot. You should be ashamed of your managers actions. If you love and support non-profits and youth programs you should refrain from shopping at this store as they clearly do not support these programs.
My wife and I were in need of a new washer and dryer for our new home. Raymond Morgan was the person who had helped us and we were extremely happy with his customer service. Raymond was up front and honest about the product. If you ever are in need of appliances ask for Raymond.
My husband shops at this store at least every other day and the service could not be any better. Omar is particularly helpful and polite. With employees like him you will have our business for many years to come. A+

Clean, well laid-out store full of subject matter experts in every section ready to help if they even detect the slightest signal of confusion from shopping customers and provide the best assistance. The lady who helped us actually prevented us from buying an expensive fixture we didn't need and found a better one for less money. On top of that, they give a nice 10% veteran discount, which was like icing on the cake. This is one of the better Home Depots. Would definitely recommend.
