I will NOT be going back to this store. They never have the sale items. And they are ALWAYS RUDE... If I get the same results from the other Kay's stores, I will be cutting up their credit card.
I love this store they are very knowledgeable of the products and always work hard to get me what I need. I feel so comfortable and certain that I will leave happy. They have such wonderful customer service and awareness
I bought my fiancé an engagement ring a year ago at Kay in Tyler. She's now had to send it off for the second time for a diamond falling out! That's twice in less than a year and she doesn't even wear it to work! We got it back on Tuesday and had to pay $40 for the replacement diamond. Would have been more if I didn't get the warranty. 2 days later we have to take it back to them for another missing diamond!? Something's rotten here! I will be getting a replacement ring for her. Paid 4 grand for a ring that keeps falling apart! Not to mention the lady in the store was rude as hell to her when she took it there. Selton is her name, and she couldn't even spell our road name "Shadow Oak." Ridiculous! Will never do business with them again! Wedding ring is being purchased somewhere else! Do yourself a favor and save the headache! Go somewhere else!
Wife bought a nice watch for 10 year anniversary and it was too small. So we went to get our money back and they said they could not it was passed 30 days. Actually it was the 32 day....terrible customer service and still one to remember thanks Kay's jewelry for the watch I can t wear!!!!!!!!
