Nice Theater ... Great Sound.. comfortable chairs . really enjoyed the unlimited drinks and Icee. Very clean good experience.. A lot better than the Regal 14 down the street..
Last night me and my boyfriend went here to watch Justice League at the 7:30 showing. The lady that sold me the tickets and the concession staff were very pleasant. We went in and started watching the commercials and the previews for about fifteen minutes. The lights were on the entire time and we were quietly talking amongst each other about the previews. Finally the movie started and I looked to my left and saw a young lady looking in our direction. She stared at us for about three minutes and then she approached us and said we needed to leave because we were loud. I told her we weren't loud and we were just trying to enjoy the show. She said okay and left , but returned with an officer who said we were trespassing even though we had tickets and paid like everyone else. While I was talking to officer this lady, I'm guessing the manager, reached around and slapped mt bucket of popcorn out of my hand. I asked the officer why didn't he do anything about it and he just kept telling us to get out and we weren't getting a refund. This is awful and I have been here several times no problems. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to go here.They will not be here long if they continue these acts of prejudiceness. Everyone else in the movie was white and they laughed when it happened.
I had a prompt response from the staff, and specifically the manager, today. Those complaining about their failing to answer the phone should note the hours of operation inherent for a multi-cinema. Their IMAX auditorium now has reserved seating with plans for all of their auditoria going that route as well. This will go a long way to maintaining overall decorum as precludes the need to make a mad dash for your favorite seats. This is excellent progress AMC and nice execution from the local Tyler AMC staff.
Pretty standard for a movie theater. Adequate sound system, screen, and comfortable seating. Like a typical theater, I feel like the seats could use a deep cleaning.
They're pretty awesome, and the staff is great. Theaters and bathrooms are always clean, lines at concessions move quickly. They were definitely the higher end theater til SMG came to town, but they will always hold a special place in my heart
