I am gluten intolerant. Have been for 11 years. Tonight this establishment treated me like a pariah because I got sick eating food that they claimed would be safe for me. When we asked for an explanation, they told us that they could not verify that their employees followed procedure or knew how to handle the food properly. In the future the manager told us to request an allergen menu (which he said would change nothing but it might make him feel better if it were him). Then he advised us to call the health department if we wanted anything further done about it. As he walked away I heard his employees laughing to each other about us. I left the theater in tears. My husband got frustrated with them and I was blunt with my confusion, but we did not deserve the treatment we received. My first visit to this chain will be my last.
Wonderful experience! Movie was fantastic and service was excellent. Food was delicious and the drinks were worth the price. Wish we had one of these in Louisiana!
This theatre is always a delight for me to go watch a movie. I love the clean theatres and the terraced seating. The aisles are big and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent and I enjoy going each time. Since they opened, I don't go anywhere else. This is Nita Butler, not Malorie. If you want a great experience, take your family and friends with you. A wonderful experience every time!!!
It's different, first time there, reserving your seat before you even go in to see the layout. Prices are decent, it's clean. Comfy chairs.
It was our first time. Had a few questions. Everyone was very helpful and didn't mind answering at all. The theater seats were comfortable. Ordered the hamburger and fries. They were very good! Will definitely fo again!
Update: The GM reached out to us today and apologized for how we were treated. He before contacting us he set in motion a new procedure for customers with allergens. I happy to say some of my faith has been restored.
