The service here is top notch. If there is a screaming baby/child all you have to do is tell the manager and he will give you a ticket to use for any movie you want to see anytime. Pretty cool.
Seats were horribly uncomfortable. Other than that and the outrageously expensive food it was nice and clean. Spent more on 1 drink and a box of candy than on 2 movie tickets.

The theater is definitely older. The movie quality and sound was fine. Our movie was in auditorium 6 and it was warm, damp, and smelled awful, The chairs were comfortable enough but felt really dirty. The woman's bathroom next to the auditorium was nice and clean and well-kept. It seems to me, to fix the dinginess of this theater they need to shampoo the carpet, seats, and walls really well.
I choose to go here over the newer cinema's in Tyler because it's usually not crowded at all. If you want to see a movie nearly all by yourself this is the place to do it. Wait until the movie is about to leave the theater then LEAVE YOUR SCREAMING BABIES/CHILDREN AT HOME and enjoy!
If you are a parent and you are taking your screaming babies/children to that rated pg13/r movie you've been dying to see then look forward to me and you having a problem!
I don't know who said this place smelled bad, the only thing I could smell was popcorn. I like this theater. Friendly employees, good selection at the snack bar. I no longer drink soda pop & they have tea. Also, they give me an AARP discount & the popcorn deal is just that, a great deal.
