Desperate call to fix kids water! Doesn't travel to Lake Palestine ! Only cash or check and charges $180 per hour from his office plus parts! He didn't really want to do it but he was not pleasant or concerned that there was a problem! Marked them off of future needs list! This may be standard rates for after hour services but not many people could afford it!

We had a water line break in our front yard this weekend. Water to the whole house had to be shut off until it could be fixed. We purchased the home in November and come to find out, McCoy's Plumbing did work on the exact same spot in October. (We have invoices to prove it.) When we called to check the warranty, we spoke to Jason, the on call technician who was rude and unhelpful. He began by telling us he couldn't help because we weren't the original customers and by the end of it told us they did not do warranty work on weekend - even in the event of an emergency. I cannot believe a company would not stand by their work that was done only 6 months ago. Thankfully, American Plumbing was able to come out quickly, do the repairs and get our water back on.
