They repaired a leak and gave me an estimate for repairing/replacing a gas fireplace (not covered by my warranty). I was very impressed with their service. They were refreshingly honest, arrived during the estimated time frame and asked before they cut away some sheetrock to access the repair. Without me even asking - they suggested options to save me money on the gas fireplace (even though it would reduce their profits) and completely cleaned up their plumbing repair mess - leaving the area CLEANER THAN THEY FOUND IT!!!.
Disclaimer: I am writing this review because I was telling them how much I appreciated their above average service and was asked if I would mind writing a review on Google. Of course!!! I am so pleased with their work that I want to take the time to share my positive experience with anyone else looking for a good, honest plumber. I am not receiving any kickbacks or discounts for giving this review and I have no other relationship with the company or its employees.
I will certainly use them for future repairs and refer them to my friends.
(I have owned an older home for seven years and spent thousands of dollars in plumbing repairs. I have hired half a dozen Tyler area plumbers during that time and never wrote a review for any others. Some were okay. Others were downright awful and dishonest. I should have written negative reviews for a couple of them. I was referred to Super Plumbers by my home warranty company and I regret that I didn't know about them until now.)

This plumbing company is the best by far. They go out of their way to help you with everything, there on time & they're super nice. The lady that works the office is amazing she's very sweet. Super plumbers is very dependable and they do exactly what they say they're going to do. There prices are very reasonable and if they had more than 5 Stars I would definitely give more than 5 stars to them. They have done a lot of work for me on many occasions. These guys are the only ones i will ever use.... Matt one of the plumbers has worked for me as well 2 different times and hes amazing, fast, nice and gets the job done and has always been on time.
To top it off they were very respectful, polite and friendly.

Having plumbing problems is something every homeowner dreads! But I will have to say, when Joe and Jeremy left our home after successfully taking care of our needs today, they said goodbye to very happy lady! I appreciated so much their professional manner and concern for cleanliness. They immediately slipped on booties upon entering the house--something I was so impressed with! They were so thorough and knowledgeable regarding the problem as well as the solution. I will tell everyone about this company from this day forward! This won't stop me from dreading plumbing problems--but when we DO have them (it's called life!), I certainly won't dread knowing who to call! Super Plumbers--you are Superb!!
Matt and Jeremy were excellent, very thorough and honest. They quickly resolved the leak underneath my home within their two hour time expectation and offered reasonable and cost effective solutions to consider in the future. I’ll definitely be calling them again for service at my home. Tori in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s very evident that customer service is their top priority.
Techs came out on Saturday evening and found our problems and got us going. We bought this home with no knowledge of where the sewer pipes ran. Both techs that came out were very knowledgeable and made us aware of all issues that need to be taken care of. I would recommend them if you want a good job and put you back in order. I give them a 5t.
I am delighted to see all the other 5 star reviews confirming that excellent service is standard practice for them... If only I had known about them 7 years ago!!!
