I've been going to All tune and Lube for the past year to get my routine oil changes. I don't want to go anywhere else because the staff and Owner are always so kind and I know my car is getting the best quality care... One time they even told me to come back and check a tire that has a nail in it and I was just there for an oil change. They all go above and beyond to produce exceptional customer service!!
I was in despair , sad ,angry every emotion imaginable. After dealing with poor service from Jimmy Brown tire and service. I received a flyer from All and Tune up. I said let’s give them a try. Not only were they professional but very compassionate mechanics. Experienced fully trained! They were able to pin point my issue solve it in no time. I am woman as well over the years .I have been taken advantage of with high service charges that I wouldn’t even know if I need it. Not here the owner to every employee .Has treated me and service my vehicle. As if It was their vehicle their wallet . They have gain a loyal customer. You will not regret choosing All and Tune Up to service your vehicle
These guys are great. Honest and professional, and just from talking to the mechanics and the office staff, you can tell that they're genuinely doing their best to help. They may want to consider a different parts house, though. When my husband's truck was there (for a 30 day stay) the parts house sent the wrong part twice. Then when my car was in over the weekend, first the parts house sent the wrong part, then the next one they sent was defective. Overall, we're happy, and we'll take our cars back for oil changes or when they need repairs.
The technicians and clerk are always professional and knowledgeable. The only reason i didn’t give five stars because my visit earlier today there was a customer in there voicing his opinions aloud where everyone could hear him. He was saying he was anti-Semitic and sharing his views on deportation and religion. This was the first time that has ever happened during my visit but being African American I was highly offended. There was nothing said to him about his behavior and that’s not right there were other customers sitting on the waiting room who were offended as well!
I knew my brakes were getting bad but the quote my previous mechanic had given me just seemed way over priced. I had been extremely busy and hadn't gotten around to getting them fixed. Unfortunately, late afternoon, on a Friday they completely went out. My car sounded awful every time I had to use my brakes. My previous mechanic is never open on the weekends so I was out of luck even trying to have him fix them. I got on Facebook and asked for advice on who I should use. I received info from a friend about All Tune & Lube and another friend told me about another place I should try. I messaged All Tune & Lube on messenger after 9 PM not expecting a response and lo and behold I received one! We decided to bring my van in the morning to the shop to have the brakes fixed. Well we dropped it off on Saturday and it literally took them maybe 2-3 hours which was amazing to me because I was expecting to not have it done same-day and they had a lot of customers when we dropped it off. The mechanic called me and informed me that yes all brakes needed to be replaced and that one of my rotors were shot. He waited to get the go ahead from me before he did anything, which I greatly appreciated. Here's the best part: my previous mechanic had only quoted me a price to fix all of my brakes on both axles. All Tune & Lube beat his price by 70 dollars to fix all of my brakes AND replace a rotor!!! They saved me a ton of money and a major headache! I HAD TO have my brakes fixed that weekend and had to have a working car by Monday. They literally saved me so much trouble and money. Thank you for your great service and great pricing All Tune & Lube! You have inherited a new customer for sure!!!!
