This place is great! Best mechanic in ETx! My mother brought her vehicle in and they treated her with more respect than her past mechanics in the Mineola area! They explained everything clearly and made sure she understood what was going on. They also only fixed what was needed and helped hunt an elusive issue she's had with her headlights for 2 years.
Late on making this review but I finally got around to it after helping my grandmother. She took her car here & they replaced things that didn't need to be replaced, didn't repair the actual problem & left her with a $600 bill. She called to try and negotiate a deal because she didn't authorize the other repairs but they wouldn't budge. So disappointed with the way she was treated & she refused to let me call. Thankfully we found a good mechanic who did the actual repair for next to nothing after we called 6 other shops!
Went above and beyond to find a solution and fix the problem. Couldn't have gotten better service or a better outcome anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Mike's to anyone for auto repair. Mike and his staff are honest and repairs are fixed correctly. The customer service is great. They are the best mechanics in Tyler, Texas.
