Edit: I recently took my truck in for another oil change. The multi-point inspection showed a bunch of stuff that needed to be done (some urgent and some not so urgent), all of what Matt Motley took the time to explain to me. He even offered suggestions on a few things I could do myself (replace the air filter, change the battery and get a new bulb for my third brake light) to save money. One of the more urgent issues was a part replacement that I'd paid a lot of money to a different garage was completely broken. Matt called the other garage for me since I couldn't remember if the part was still under warranty.
Very professional and skilled staff. Equipment seemed very modern. Great option for maintenance of vehicles like ours that don't have dealerships in Tyler

I have referred Premier too many times to count! And they were referred to me two years ago for my Lexus. Not at all your typical repair shop! Very honest, knowledgeable, sincerely friendly and caring and most fair pricing ever!! They are so reputable that my Dallas dealership made the deal to have my service done with them instead of having to drive to Dallas!!

So far I've taken two of my cars to Premiere Auto and I'm very impressed with the level of care they have for the customers. Matt was such a great guy and was able to help me with all my needs. The only issue I have so far is I have a problem with my car idling incorrectly at start but the mechanic told me it was "normal" for bmw's to do that. Gonna have to take it to another mechanic to see what's wrong with it. Great shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired!
