Dr.Boren, Dr. Brown, Dr. Ming, & Dr. Le are really great dentists to both of my kids and I have an autistic daughter and they are great with her as well. Mrs. Ruby is very nice too my kids and we love her she's a really great person. Most of the dental assistants are pretty nice but the front desk women could be a little more friendlier and nicer. The dental work is great they do a wonderful job and they are fast as well..
Over booked appts both times we went.. had ONE dentist to see 10 kids!
What are we suppose to do for 40 minute WAIT in the back with 2 toddlers?? Awful Experience! - Same long wait at Kool Smiles! Ridiculous.
Only visited two times before I have decided to switch dentists. First visit my mom had to take my daughter cause I was at work and she waited an hour+ in the waiting area to be seen. Keep in mind my daughter is 2...so it wasn't very pleasant. Next appointment I took her and it was the same, we waited an hour+ in the waiting area and another 30 minutes when we were called back. We were on time each visit which was even more aggravating. When we finally saw the dentist he seemed exhausted and crabby. Of course my daughter screamed during her exam (she is 2!) he seemed annoyed and urged me that she never should have a cavity cause of "how much she loves the dentist" in a bland sarcastic tone. Office ladies are nice and the waiting area is fun for kids but that's the only positive thing I have to say.
I didn't like how they made me feel like my kids were hard to handle an uncontrollable when neither one screamed an both did as they were asked I also didn't like them saying I demanded they treat my kids in clinic instead of the hospital when I merely asked an they said I no showed when I called the first thing in the morning to cancel cause the kid was sicm
Cannot use cell phone in the back, why? are they afraid you will capture the bad experience on pics and post??
There for OVER an HOUR JUST WAITING.. with my 2 yr old! And expected him to SIT & WAIT. This is a CHILD'S dentist... Ridiculous!!
I cancelled bc I didn't have anyone to stay with my sick children and not even 3 minutes from that I found someone at the last minute! And the supposedly already filled the spot!? Yeah right, do you know how difficult it is to find a childcare at times! Sick

I call BS on your reply. - "Kids are unpredictable" of course they are, especially if made to wait OVER an HOUR. I know you want to defend yourself, Upgrade your services and employees. If you book me at 10am I expect to be seen by 10:15. If no cell phones, then provide entertainment. NO EXCUSES.
Has indoor playground in reception & bead maze in the back... that is the ONLY Positive thing I can say.
