I returned to Gentle Dental after moving back to East Texas from Dallas area. It was like a wonderful family reunion. Dr Gerber's staff welcomed me back with the same friendly, professional approach I had previously experienced. I have some complicated dental work ahead and am confident Gentle Dental's plan of action will be as fast as possible while according me the highest level of technology at the most reasonable cost. Great experiences at Gentle Dental Care from the moment you walk in starting with Erika and Haley up front. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Erin was my hygienist and was absolutely AMAZING! For her alone I would rate this 5 stars, she is excellent at time management and makes sure you get world class service every time you come in. As for the dentist Dr Sendelbach is one of the best dentist I’ve ever seen he’s calming and reassuring for anyone that has a little bit of a fear or nerve going to the dentist. My experience at Gentle Dental Care was hands down the best one I have ever had and I will be referring others!
Dr. Sendelbach did a great job and didn't recommend treatments that were not of immediate need. Friendly and personable and I appreciated the evening call to see how I was feeling. Carmen and Dana were great too! Financial Desk worked really hard to make sure my dental benefits were processed correctly through two different insurers-thanks Erika!
I have had several appointments and procedures at Gentle Dental in Tyler. The entire staff there makes you feel like family and they are very knowledgeable as well. I'm usually not too fond of the dentist, but I felt very comfortable having work done there.
