Very accommodating, friendly staff. They try to work with you and make things easy as possble.
Walked in, there were already 6 people seated and signed in, the staff sat, didn't check anyone in, and proceeded to talk for another 5/7 min before checking people in.
Poor costumer service and unprofessional- even the dentist, who barely introduced himself and then began talking about his personal life to his assistant during the teeth cleaning! Also had to wait an hour after my scheduled appt time, only to be rushed out without having an actual discussion with the dentist about my teeth!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward on going back.
Fresh Dental is awesome! I get my teeth cleaned there and they are very patient and professional. I would recommend fresh dental to kids and adults. They also have great payment plans as well.
