I went in years ago. Needed emergency help.The Dr. Left me crying. I never went back. Never will. I even tell others, that not a good place to go.
I've always had a great experience at Franklin Dental Center. The receptionist is kind and thoughtful. The hygienist I had was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. I look forward to going back and seeing Dr Franklin, she will be doing some fillings for me and I know my experience will be as good if not better than previous visits! Thanks Franklin Dental Center! Ive been a patient here for 10yrs now. Love the staff & Dr. Franklin-Pitts. Office is very clean & organized. Staff is very friendly & Dr. Franklin-Pitts is very friendly, thorough, gentle & funny!
This was my third visit here; while the first two went smoothly, this one was a bit of an ordeal. My appointment was at 9:15 and I did not get called back until two hours later. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk told me to take a seat and that she would call me up there. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and half; I was trying to be understanding, because they might have been behind schedule or something. At the urging of my mother I approached the woman at the desk again to ask if there was anything I needed to do. It seemed as if she might have forgotten to call me back up there earlier, as that got the ball rolling. After doing some paper work I was getting x-rays taken of my wisdom teeth. Long story short, make sure they remember you are there! Another, more personal compliant I have is about how quietly everyone wants to speak there. As someone with a hearing impairment it makes things rather frustrating-- especially when you tell them more than once about your disability, when they keep speaking in such a hushed tone. Despite all this, I really like the dentist and dental hygienists here and plan to keep going to them.
I have been visiting this dental clinic for several years and I have never had one single negative experience. Excellent staff, excellent customer service, impeccably clean. Zero complaints.
