Front Desk Attitude was very professional and very friendly! Always smiling and eager to help the guest! Front desk go out of their way to make sure the guest happy and have everything they need for their stay. Front desk is very knowledgeable any question or concern I had they were able to answer it right away and able to explain to me what I needed to know. I have seen some of the reviews and decided to stay here even with some of the negative reviews that have been posted. There is nothing wrong with this hotel! There is absolutely NO ODORS or NO BUGS in the rooms here. I have stayed here multi times in the past 6 months and never had any problems! Staff is great & friendly! Very Clean! Smells amazingly clean! Sheets and Towels clean as expected! Bathroom very clean as expected! Room was very clean! Love the smell of clean when you walk through the doors of the front doors! Breakfast was awesome. Love the Waffles... Very affordable ! Awesome Front desk staff attitude was very professional. Enjoyed speaking with front desk each time I came to stay.
The hotel stay overall was good, but the staff on the morning of 11-14-17 has “0” customer service skills. I asked for a late check out of 3pm only because I was stuck in Tyler until 5pm due to work. Normal checkout is 11am and she offered 12pm with no further negotiation without charging me a full day. The only reason I chose this place was for my Wyndham Rewards, so I guess I should change that approach.
It’s interesting to see that the only feed back from the hotel only responds to 4 or 5 star positive reviews. Really shows some sort of denial.
Amanda at the front desk was very nice and friendly! She made me feel so welcomed and at home ! On top of all that she was very professional! I enjoyed seeing her smile and talking with her ! She also gave me a lot of information about where to go in Tyler and was very helpful with my dog! I stayed here while I was looking for a place to live in Tyler and I plan to just drop by just to visit! They have amazing staff. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! My room was extremely clean no odors. My Bathroom was spotless as well as my sheets and towels. No Bugs in my room. I will be a returning guest!

Awesome Hotel! Girl at Front Desk was amazing and when I was there I got to meet all 3 ladies that work the Front Desk they were awesome. All there names began with the letter A. Very Clean Rooms and Clean Bathrooms. Shower pressure was very good. Very affordable. Not pricey at all! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was a hot breakfast I was not excepting that. Halloween decor was a awesome touch to the hotel! My work out in the fitness center was great! Very peaceful place to stay! Plenty of room for my truck and boat in the parking lot! As you walk in the hotel its smells super clean! Thank you for such an great stay! I will be staying again really soon!
