My overall experience was great, but I am a little disappointed in the quality of the couch/love seat set that I purchased. I live alone so there is not high traffic within my home, and it just seems that after only 3 months of having the furniture, the plush-feel is depleting. It is losing its luster in other words. Now, I did get the set on a special and did not ask how old it was or anything. It might just be the brand I bought. Who knows? Just wish I had gotten a little more info before purchasing them. I will be returning however to check out mattresses soon. Hopefully I won't purchases another bad lemon. Great customer service and friendly people. I really do like the store over all.
We just bought a mattress there and not only was the mattress extremely comfortable it was a great price! All the workers were really nice, the owner was extremely friendly. They had a lot of great stuff for a great price I will most definitely be returning!
Love it! Purchased a sofa and loveseat at a fraction of the original price. Good quality good looking furniture at a fraction of the price. They will accept layaway payments. This could not have been a More pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
We have bought several items from Bill's over the past few years. If you are open to a hunt and/ or want a good deal on a mattress, this is the place to go. Be prepared to load and transport your purchases on your own.
