I have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 to 10 years when I'm in Tyler. Very satisfied overall. This time they advertised wi-fi in the rooms and it did not work. No one at desk could help me get it to work.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, the food was wonderful, the hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very courteous. I will be staying her each time I go visit friends in the area.
Great stay at this hotel! Only problem we had was the TV remote would not work. Called the night manager and he just let us switch rooms to a newer TV and accessories. All staff were nice and helpful. Fitness center was good and breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.
Great place, we came for a house hunting trip. This hotel is pleasantly clean, friendly staff as well as the rooms were exactly what was needed. We missed the breakfast that was open till 10a, but it looked great from what I can tell. Coffee pot in the room as well as ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Nice pool area and being on the 1st floor I heard no disruptive noises. Our king bed was suitable, a bit hard for my liking. Overall AWESOME!
The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. For the cost I would not stay anywhere else if I could help it.
