Amazing Experience!!!! After dealing with another company in Lumberton, that was gonna call us when our hot tub came in(we called them often and after 3 mths I gave up)we never have heard back from them! I starting researching & found one of the best stores with so many floor models to an honest, knowledgeable & Great salesperson named Zack at the Tyler location!! Even though, it was twice the distance, he made the trip worth while & He is absolutely on top of his game and knows the products! He DOES CALL YOU BCK & has done follow up calls to check on us and any ?'s we may have! Ty Zack for turning a horrible customer service expected into a happy one! We love our Hot Springs "Relay" hot tub and thank you sincerely!
The Staff and Service are A+++ after we experienced issues with our pump in our Hot Springs Spa and we emailed Watkins regarding the issues. Our Service Tech "Robert" then confirmed with Watkins this was not a normal problem. We were able to have our pump replaced at minimal cost to us. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
VERY satisfied with our experience and purchase. As one of the nearest dealers to purchase a Green Mountain Grill, we chose East Texas Spa in Tyler. It was well worth the drive (3 hr round trip). We would most certainly revisit and recommend if you are shopping for a grill, spa or spa equipment. So refreshing to meet a sales staff so knowledgeable about their products! Even on a busy Sat afternoon, they took the time to answer every question, show us all the features and even gave personal recommendations for cooking on our new grill. Their prices are good and sales staff helpful and enthusiastic. My only regret is that we were not in the market for a spa at the time as well. I have no doubt we would be just as happy as we were purchasing our grill from them.
