My nephew (who is an 8 year old child) just called up there and simply asked if they bought pokemon cards, the person stalled and answered with the most sarcastic and annoying "noooooooope" that I've heard anyone say. My nephew asked them to repeat themselves and the person hung up on him. The rudeness for this place is apparent in other people's experience, but to treat a child like that is unacceptable. I've heard some pretty crazy stories about the piss poor customer service there, and now I see.
