Good variety with choice of either low cost or higher quality versions for most items in the store. Atmosphere left something to be desired check-in stall, registration forms and ID checks were very personally intrusive not at all anonymous. Kinda felt like being registered as a sex offender might without the crime..."freak profiling" if you will. High prices as these things always are...but not much above the average found in adult toy stores.

. . . I believe I've had membership with Open Minds since 2001 - 2002, and honestly have yet to have a bad experience - and don't intend to. Their prices are decent/reasonable; typically no more than what you would pay ordering from an online store/vendor (Adam & Eve, Sinclair Institue, etc;)
The selection was decent but the workers were definitely not open minded or friendly.
One word! Overpriced! Do your research and be patient...and u will save way over 50%....super friendly and helpful staff...
Employees and staff are generally knowledgeable about videos and product. There's a certain amount of "sensitivity" that has to go along with working in an adult novelty store, as you are assisting customers in the purchase of very private items/merchandise. Nothing must be considered "taboo", and Open Minds does a good job of "discouraging" that mind-set. Hence the name: "Open Minds."
