I went to the Tyler store on Broadway to get a new battery for my watch on 10/18/17 at 7:00pm. The young lady named Carina working there never greeted me. I told her what I needed and she took my watch and went to the back of the store. Once she returned, she placed my watch on the counter and told me my total. I asked for my used battery and she told me she threw it in the trash in the back and could not give it to me. She was not friendly and extremely rude. How I am I supposed to know if she actually replaced my battery or not. I told her my concern and she stated, "I change like 30 watches a day and do not have time so Keith the manager can check the camera in the moring." She then asked me was the watch working before and if not, it is working now. I am extremely disappointed and wished some people valued great customer service. I went to the place on a referral and never will I return again.
I made an appointment to fix my iPhone on a Sunday little did I know that there tech does not work Sunday’s. I show up and the guy who was there I have no idea who there name is but had a really rude attitude making it seem like it was my fault. Lost a future client.

There was a little confusion at first because I had placed my order on line and couldn't find my order. With a little help everything turned out well. Order was there and waiting on me. I will be doing more business Baterries +. I would recommend them highly!
I have been dealing with Batteries Plus in Tyler Tx for some time now. I think they are under new management now, so give them a try. I drive from White Oak Tx to them for the impeccable service. I called this morning and had a special request for them. Went to pick my new battery up, boom it was ready to go. I will never go anywhere else. AWESOME JOB GUYS, THANKS FOR THE HELP.
