I would like to start my review by saying do not go here, they are stealing your money and charging more than apple does for repairs. please read the rest of the reviews if you don't believe me. I was not taken seriously at all (I'm assuming due to my young age), the staff was condescending and rude. When I inquired about getting my MacBook fixed the staff provided little information on what could be wrong with it and said it would be 2-3 days until I would hear back... after I expressed that my classes for school were all online and offered to pay the rush fee he said it would take the same amount of time regardless. I then just said I would like to look a brand-new Mac and get little information and HE LITERALLY DIDN'T LOOK UP BUT POINTED TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE AND SAID "you can go look over there" Im sorry, but if I'm inquiring about a $2000 computer you'd think I should be guided to the display and informed about product. Had Best Buy had the model in stock I wanted, I wouldn't have purchased my new laptop here but they were the only ones who had it in Tyler. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIMPLY MAC AT ALL unless you enjoy sh*tty customer service and condescending employees who act like they don't make $10 an hour. PATHETIC!

They are always so backlogged because they are the only apple service store around here. If you need a repair on a mac it will take forever. Also way more expensive on there products and services than the other stores. They don't answer the phone, and don't call you back. When they eventually get to you, repair is good. Overall satisfaction is very low because they do not care if they are taking forever and they will tell you as much. They have the customer over a barrel and know it.

Wow. Simply amazing service. The face popped off my Apple Watch. It was out of warranty so I took it into Simply Mac to see about having it repaired. They told me Apple was aware of the problem (apparently the battery expands and pushes the face off) and had extended the warranty. Simply Mac got all my info and sent the watch off to Apple. The next morning they called and said it had arrived at Apple and was being processed. The very next morning they called and said they had my brand new watch ready for pickup at the store. All for no charge. Thanks, Simply Mac and thanks Apple!

If zero stars was a possibility I'd give them that. I was only in the store for less than five minutes and experienced the worst customer service ever. I had an appointment set up with them after speaking to an Apple customer service representative about a speaker issue I was having. When I walked in, the employee in charge of my case didn't seem too interested in hearing what was wrong with my phone and simply plugged it in to run a diagnostic test. Once that was completed, he told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. When I told him there was a low grade static sound coming out of it, he rolled his eyes, put the speaker against his ear and said he couldn't hear anything. So I attempted to explain that it was very soft and the store was a bit noisy and maybe that was why he was having trouble hearing, so he obnoxiously handed to phone over to a co-worker and asked him if he could hear noises coming out of my phone. The co-worker chuckled and replied no. I quickly realized they weren't going to attempt to help me so I left and drove to my service provider. I then explained my issue to the Verizon employee and he actually made the effort of attempting to hear the sound I was referring too and agreed that he could hear it. He then apologized for the misogynistic behavior I had just endured at the Simply Mac store and offered to have my phone replaced. He then explained to me that it was in fact a defective phone issue and a new one would be over nighted to me. I have no plans of ever returning to this location, I'd rather make the two hour drive to Dallas, TX than have to deal with their rude employees again.
