DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and give you nothing in return! They said they could recover the data on my macbook pro, but when I looked through the flash drive they gave back to me, only a handful of my documents were on there. When I nicely asked for a refund because I had to take my computer elsewhere, Doug Hine, the owner, told me I was ridiculous and was never going to get my money back and hung up on me! So disappointing that businesses today can take advantage of customers. Take your business somewhere else. This place is useless! They know nothing about computers! I took my computer to a different repair shop, and they were able to recover all my data and their customer service was excellent! Do not waste your time with this company! They do not deserve your business!

The staff is very professional and helpful. full of knowledge. My laptop had a virus that a different local computer shop could not remove all the way. PC Warehouse was able to remove the virus completely. They took their time in making sure it was clean. Thank you so much! Great job!

Had a broken laptop screen that I brought in the Monday before Christmas (Friday), they were able to order a new screen and replace it all within one business day!
