I took my Dad's RV in to have a new android head unit installed. The installer made a mistake, and cracked the screen. Instead of giving me the run around, or pointing fingers, Derek (owner) immediately apologized and swore he'd make things right, which he did without any hesitation. A few days later the new screen was installed and we were on the road, enjoy our new head unit! Mistakes happen. It's easy to have good customer service skills when things go smoothly. When things go wrong, it's the measure of a good company how they make things right and treat their customers. My hat is off to Derek and James for their awesome customer service skills!!! I'll definitely be back!
Best customer service in town. They also did a decent job. I stopped by 3 other places in town and these guys beat the price by $50. Not only did they fix up my windows, but they also fixed small interior issues my car had for free. it was also very nice talking to them as i was waiting. they are all good guys. the tint look super good, but my car is dirty in the pictures.
I had a system installed a year-and-a-half ago and I had an issue with wiring somewhere along line. Took it back to them they took care of it in minutes. No charge either. They said that it was something that they may have made a mistake on during the install. I'm a customer for life!

Sold me new headunit without parts and key rivits no accesories or even a remote. Lied said he dident have anoter when i asked. Then i asked for a refund he found one. He also sold me wrong addapter. Im in a impala. He sold me poniact. Ive mave several trips and am verry disappointed. I belive racesisim is the problem here. Today im going back with a shirreff and demanding a full refund. Horriable service smile in your face sell u some bullsh!t and lie.
