This was the first hotel that actually was accommodating to my twins by having two cribs in the room at check in. It is hard to describe just how good that feels.
This is the best hotel for our family. We love Homewood Suites and are glad there is one in Tyler. Clean rooms, great customer service, great amenities, friendly and considerate staff. We are welcomed and feel at home.
I'm a business Traveler so I can kind of become a travel Diva when it comes to my hotels period I was very pleasantly surprised on the customer service friendliness of the staff. The rooms are clean spacious. They have a lot of different activities throughout the week going on for overnight guests. They have a very big breakfast area also the pools outside and a good size basketball court. Property is very clean will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area for work
This is the first time I have stayed at a Homewood Suites but it will definitely not be my last. Everything was wonderful. I especially liked how I was treated like a valued guest and not some inconvenience. The hotel was spotless and had a clean fresh smell throughout. The water pressure was great. The fitness center exceeded my expectations. It had everything you need for a complete workout which is a rarity in hotel gyms. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and I have stayed at plenty of hotels for comparison. The breakfast was delicious and had some great choices; a real variety. I will most certainly stay here again when I'm in the area, and I will make Homewood Suites my go-to hotel in the future. For those that need it, there is space for eighteen wheelers to park along the side of the road behind the hotel. This is a great feature!
