Great facility. If you work in health care your better off going to ER.
Unpalight staffing and childish.
My husband went there for a DOT Medical card - was left in a room for 2-1/2 hours because they forgot about him. He left because he had to go to work. He went back today at 7:50 a.m. - the time they told him to be there. And again...he wasn't seen until 9:00!!! The doctor that saw him was very rude and unprofessional! The only reason my husband didn't slap him was because he was taught not to disrespect his elders. The next time he needs a med card, he will go somewhere else. If you want to be treated with respect, don't go to Health Works in Tyler, Texas!
