Took an hour to see the doctor. Do you have any idea how hard it is to fill out paperwork and entertain a one year old in a waiting room with nothing in it?? When the nurse give my son his shots she gave them to him one at a time as slowly as possible and then made comments about how loud he was crying. My sons last pediatrician office in San Antonio gave all shots at one time and made it as quick and painless as possible. She just was AWFUL. However his doctor was a resident (Jeffery Smith) but was really thorough, helpful, and friendly. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, we were taken into a room, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for the doctors. Then 20 minutes after for his shots. Then ANOTHER 20 minutes to have a hemoglobin test. These people need to get it together. AWFUL experience.

Lived the doctor. Very thorough and detail oriented. Loved the staff and cleanliness of clinic.

My daughter has her 1st appoint on yesterday June 29, 2017, when I first made appointment I was schedule with Dr. Amber Cook, but got called and told that I could not see her, would have to see Sunita Karki, i said ok i'll give her a try, oh my what an experience, she entered the room never spoke, never introduced herself to a new patient, was not knowledgeable of why we were even there, asked why my PCP couldn't send referral that I needed, had no clue to what was even going on, she did a 1/2 minute examine, we sitting there, after five minutes she said you are free to go, I asked her about other test that I had requested, she looked as if I dare you waste my time. asked about other specialist for my child's condition, since we were new to their clinic, she had no clue, I really would appreciate a phone call from her supervisor, and I really do deserve an apology from this non-professional whatever her title is, I hope it's put in my child's chart that she is never to see her again. NOT A GOOD FIRST VISIT

One of the receptionist was very rude to me about my last visit. She said my issue wasn't covered by the plan I'm on and said I would have to pay fifty dollars. When I said I didn't have it she was condescending. When I said my issues were related to my plan, she acted as though I were lying. I had just gotten out of the hospital where I had blood transfusions and was very sick, and her attitude was very destructive to my my mental status at the time. No one should be made to feel that way just because they are poor. However, Tony Richey was very thoughtful in seeing me and addressing my issues. My health concerns are new and a little scarey for me, and she has been very good in providing information and addressing my concerns.

Doctor did not listen to me.
