My mother arrived 20 minutes late and they put her down as no-show but today we arrive 30 minutes early for a 2:40pm appointment and it is now 3:30 and the doctor has not came in yet!!!

Very professional hospitality everyone was very nice and went 120% had great Drs.need more choices for family and visitors for eating .Love valet parking there cancer facility at the hospital they are super to work with my husband's going to lung cancer treatment have been just incredible
Just had the worst experience at UTHNE. It was just so very disappointing. You go somewhere thinking they will help you feel better, but I left feeling worse. I asked repeatedly for Motrin or Advil just something for the pain but all requests were ignored. I was in hmy room for 2 full hours. Never spoke to a doctor, none of my concerns were addressed, and I was dismissed without anyone telling me how to leave. Wondered around the hospital sick trying to find where I came in at. I did a complete disservice to myself for selecting UTHNE today. Never never again. FastER KindER is such a joke!
