This is by far one of the best. Best decision I've made for my kids. Dr. Powell's office the one close to the college is really good, clean and nice
Went to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Doctor told me to take antihistamine like allegra, zyrtec, claritin. Ive been taking that all week with mucinex no results. I dont have allergies i have an infection. Give me antibiotics. Luckily i went to another doctor who prescribed them.
These people here have no idea what they are doing. They messed up my TB skin test and doesn't want to take responsibility for it. They said they don't have the time to see me and gave me the run around if I want to make an appeal about the case. Waste of time and resource.
I went in because my cold symptoms would not go away, turns out it was just allergies lingering around. they fixed me up with a steroid shot and i was better in 30mins.
I will not being using this center, or any of the UT health system. Dr. Powell gave me her word, and then went back on it immediately. I was told I was given a perscription when I know the clinic mailed it off for me. This lead to me having to file a missing items report to get my perscription fill which is a nightmare. Then I'm "randomly" drug screened. It's not random when your accused of being a drug abuser. Most of the nurses are nice, but the two I delt with Monday were absolutely awful and had poor manners. The nurse loudly disclosing my medical information to myself and the rest of the lobby treated me as if I were a child. I'm never again using UT Health, and I will use CTMF from now on.
